This project began with a simple idea: what if something as small as a clay ladybug could brighten someone's day?
I hand-crafted 40 little ladybugs out of clay and have been hiding them throughout Boston's South End for people to discover. There are no prizes, no catch, and no expectations—just a tiny surprise meant to make someone smile.
Life moves quickly, and it's easy to overlook the little moments that make a day feel special. My hope is that finding one of these ladybugs reminds you that kindness can appear in unexpected places and that even the smallest gestures can have a meaningful impact.
